Sample:	A. The free samples: choosen from existing products.   B. The customized samples- we can customize samples depend on your appointed specifications with your logo printing, it will cost 5-10 working days to finish and will be charged a samples making cost and printing mold charge.
MOQ:	According to customized size and other detail demands, usually 2000pcs.
Packing:	Poly Bag / Carton or as per customer's request
Delivery time:	Usually 15-20 working days after received the deposit
Term of payment:	T/T or Western Union,  Amount under $2000 would be full payment in advance, if the amount is large, can accept 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment.

Q 3: I don't have any design, can you help on the design?
---Yes, we are professional factory, we have profession team for the OEM service for our clients.

Q 4: Are your design really free of charge?
--- Yes, the design is free.

Q 5: What's your MOQ for the first order?
--- Our MOQ is 2000pcs in most situation, and it should be adjust according to the customizing size.


Q 6: Which format file do you need?
---AI, PSD, EPS, CDR, PDF, TIFP, JPG, PNG etc. We will check and revise it according to the printing requirements and send back to you for approval before production.

Q 7: Are the samples free?
---It's free if there's similar existing sample, just need collect freight cost. About customizing sample, it needs some sample fee for making it.

Q 8: How long can I get the customizing sample?
---Normally it should be 5-10 working days after confirm the format file.

---Normally it's 10-15 working days after received order payment.
